[心得] 宜蘭羅東-達伯聯合租車 / 租機車 My experience for renting scooter at Luodong -Double Moto

價格Price：450/24hr (價格沒有平假日之分，所以即使租比較多天也很難殺價 weekday and weekends' price is the same)
有異地還車服務, 但酌收$150托運費 (offer one-way rental service, extra charge NT150.)
推薦指數Recommendation：★★★★☆

取車時：

• 簽契約
• 押證件（健保卡、身份證、行照等等擇一即可。我不建議押身份證跟健保卡）
• 免押金 會先讓客人試車體驗車況，OK後再繳錢。但因客人很多所以店員無法一一幫客人詳細介紹如何使用機車（例如油箱怎麼開）

When Renting:

• Sign a contract
• Submit one of your picture IDs (like Taiwan ID, drive license, health card...etc) <--aimed at Taiwanese since I don't know if shop owners are willing to rent scooters to foreigners.
• No need to pay a deposit. Double Moto encourages customers to try out the scooters before making a final decision. But they may not have time to introduce the vehicle's details since their business operation was very good. 

還車時：

• 沒怎麼看車就還我證件了。

When Returning:

• got my ID after their simple checking

配件：

• 大鎖、雨衣、安全帽
• 提供簡易羅東市區地圖一份

Free Accessory During Rental Period:

• light raincoat, helmet, and locker
• one simple Luodong city map 

服務：

• 達伯最推的就是他們服務態度非常好！很有耐心地幫你挑選合乎需求的車，即使試車不滿意回來換也不會給你臭臉。
• 有問題或要訂車建議直接打電話問，因fb回覆較慢 

Service:

• they service attitude was super nice. 
• If you have questions or want to make advanced reservation, calling them will get a faster response than through FB.

車況&感想：

• 在陡坡煞車有點差，左邊按到底了但還是煞不太住，右邊不太敢按太深 （因左邊鼓煞，右邊碟煞），等於是時放時按，三天下來覺得左手都快廢了。 當初雖有試車，但在市區表現都不錯，沒想到在山上煞車不夠用。
• 馬力夠
• 省油程度OK

整體：

• 除了煞車比較讓我困擾之外，就是車子過重，移車比較不便。（不過這點看人，有力的人可能就沒差）
• 以後有機會還是會來這邊租車，不過會換其他車種。
• 第一次遇到有提供試車服務的租車店，非常讚且店裡員工也很鼓勵顧客試騎看看再租。

備註：

• 如果遇到連假等車子都被訂光時，就只能現場看車，有什麼租什麼。

My Comments:

• this vehicle is fuel saving.
• horse power: ok
• brake: this scooter is drum brake one side and disc brake at the other side. I have to say that the drum brake didn't work very well at steep slope. I did try out the scooter before rent and the brakes seemed good at city area but not so at mountain area.
• I am willing to rent from this shop next time when I visit Luodong. But I will consider other type of scooter.

Remark:

• Making advanced reservation is highly recommended during Taiwan public holidays. If all motorcycles have been booked, they will still have some at their store. But those may not the type you want to rent.
